Yea... so here are a few things that I have noticed.

1. People respond better to color... or better line art.

Pretty much any and all responses I would get from my lineart would be just a few at best... but even my worst colored drawings would get way more responses then that. The reason... people respond to color better then just regular lineart... or lineart that shows alot of detail. I mean I hope that I can get to that level where my lineart would just outshine but that would take some more trainning and practice. I guess I just have to get to coloring my work finally... I left so many linearts just layin around without a speck of color... maybe when I get better time to myself I can take the time to do all of that without any problems. So expecting some color to be hitting this DA page.

2. People whining about using other characters.

Umm... what? You know this really grinds my gears when some guy who wants to do a gift for someone draws up their character and then some douchebag or douchebagette would come along and whine "Hey! Did you ask permission to use that character?" I mean... what?! In one way it is a character that an artist has created, and that artist has the right to do what he or she wants with that character. In another way it is kind of retarded. I feel sad for the people who would like to make drawings for a person and then get persecuted for using a "legitamate" character (LAWL and LAWL some more). I mean just think about all of those Sonic fan artist who is drawing Sonic and just think that someone from SEGA would come on there and ask "Hey! Did you ask permission to use that character?" Well dumbasses.... thanks to a Fair Use Rule that was made a law in the US of A any and all pictures can be drawn without persecution just as long as that person doesn't go around saying that it is their original design. So if your character is caught out there in a way that you do not like, don't be pissed off at the artist... be pissed off at yourself because you made a character that pretty much looks like a slut and that artist pretty much took it upon himself (or herself) to continue on with your "depiction", and you whine and cry to your fanbase like "OMFG! THEY USED MY CHARACTER WITHOUT PERMISSION!!! SUE THEM!" Blame yourself for making your character a target for jizz and such instead of blaming the creator for drawing it. And please... think before you go after someone who draws something cool for you and think that they are in the wrong for taking your character design. I mean c'mon...ITS A FAN BASED CHARACTER!! IT WAS BASED ON AN ALREADY MADE DESIGN! Its like if SEGA came in and sued you for using their Sonic or Mario design as a base for your character. I mean some people are very very retarded... very... Hell dont get me wrong... I would be angry too if I found my character design in a way that I did not like. But I would remember that I pretty much made my character a target for some rabid fangirl (or fanboy O.O) dreams and they wanna do something that they think is kawaii. Hell I would take it as a complement... but I would leave it at that.

Well... other than those two things I am also going to be in the process of moving once again. Yep... I am going to be moving to Syracuse, NY. By the end of September you may not hear from me or see me on the internet... for those select few it will be even more less then now. Syracuse has better job opprotunities I think and over there I could concentrate better on my artwork. Have sketchbook will travel I guess XD. Well here's hopin... and thanks for readin!

PROJECT UPDATES

.::Flash Wise::.
New flash series is still in the works and still under wraps. I'll try to update as much as I can on the process of this, but as of yet there's nothing until I can get more time to work on it.

.::Sprite Wise::.
I am now going for an older look to Moegedow. He is no longer a teen but now growing into young adulthood. So the design work is pretty much using a Kenshiro base from JUS based sprites. I would do customs but with time and real life trauma I am unable to concentrate on actually gettin somethin like that done. I will show off the designs abit later though so stay tuned.
